Ferrer Construction Group, LLC was founded by Jose Ferrer, whose passion for construction began long before the company existed. Raised in a family of civil engineers and builders, Jose grew up learning the principles of structures, construction and design. That early influence shaped a clear vision: to create a construction company rooted in quality, service, and professionalism.
The idea for Ferrer Construction Group developed over Jose’s decade of hands-on work across residential, commercial, and public-sector projects. Every project supported, every challenge resolved, and every responsibility carried strengthened the path toward creating something of his own, a company that reflected his commitment to service, quality, and the discipline to doing things the right way.
With a degree in Civil Engineering, a specialization in structural and foundation systems, a Master’s in Human Resources Management, and a Master’s in Construction Engineering Management, Jose formalized his experience with the knowledge needed to lead, build, and manage. Ferrer Construction Group, LLC was the natural next step, the realization of a journey years in the making.
Today, Ferrer Construction Group stands as the fulfillment of that vision. Built with purpose, it is a company dedicated to reliable craftsmanship, clear communication, and a client-centered approach. Jose Ferrer, son of civil engineer Juan Ferrer, represents the next generation of a family dedicated to building. With a structural-focused civil engineering degree and a master's in construction engineering management, supported by multiple certifications, Jose developed a strong professional foundation grounded in technical expertise, leadership, and disciplined project execution.
With more than a decade of experience, Jose has contributed to residential, commercial, and institutional projects throughout Florida and in states such as Texas, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Georgia, and California. His background includes superstructure and infrastructure work, tenant improvements, precast assembly, and detailed coordination with architects, engineers, inspectors, and contractors across all project phases.
As a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC), Jose specializes in project estimating and coordination, schedule and budget control, and the full life cycle of construction—preconstruction, active construction, and post-construction through turn-key delivery. He also provides owner representation and leads OAC meetings, consistently approaching every challenge with precision, organization, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
